UPS and USPS observe the following holidays, so your order will not be delivered on:
  • Memorial Day (May 26, 2008)
  • Independence Day (July 4, 2008)
  • Labor Day (September 1, 2008)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2008)
  • Day after Thanksgiving (November 28, 2008)
  • Christmas Day (December 25, 2008)
  • New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2008)
  • New Year’s Day (January 1, 2008)

Koala Snow Sports, LLC observes all U.S. Federal Holidays. Orders made after 5pm the day prior to or on the day of Federal holidays will be packaged and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Policy

  • Koala Snow Sports, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
  • Koala Snow Sports, LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors you may make on personal messages you create or typographical errors you may give for shipping addresses.
  • Please check your spelling for accuracy to avoid problems or delays in shipping.
  • Please ensure addresses are complete and accurate (i.e., building, suite, room, or apartment number). Additional shipping charges may apply, including the original shipping charge, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering and we must resend the package to the correct address.
  • Orders cancelled prior to shipping will not be charged. If the ordered product(s) have been shipped at the time you cancel, your refund will be the difference between the cost of products purchased less both shipping charges. Eligible refunds will be applied on receipt of returned items.
  • Ski PTX™ ski carriers and accessories are delivered to United States addresses and foreign countries by United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) depending on your selection and the availability of shipping to the designated destination. Koala Snow Sports, LLC offers shipping options for both UPS and USPS; standard shipping defaults to “Ground Delivery" services as the most economical delivery service. If you prefer another service, please choose a different option from the list on the Checkout Page. Please note that The U.S. Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee for delivery due to possible customs delays. Your destination country is the United States for APO/FPO shipping purposes.
  • The day the Ski PTX™ ski carriers and accessories are shipped does not count as the first shipping day. The following business day is considered the first day of shipping. Orders placed online before 12:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders and orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out within 2 business days.
  • Specific Day Delivery: To ensure that your Ski PTX™ ski carriers and accessories are delivered on a specific day within the continental U.S., you should choose overnight service for Monday through Friday (or Saturday, where available) deliveries.
  • The specific delivery time is based on your local UPS or mail carrier. If you place your order on Friday and select overnight shipping, your gift will arrive Monday, unless you selected and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Saturday is not available in all areas of the U.S.

Military APO/FPO Addresses

For Military APO/FPO addresses, the United States Post Office will ensure proper delivery overseas. To ensure proper delivery and lower shipping charges, please select “United States” as the destination country.
